At Future Focus Mediation, we understand the importance of transparent and fair pricing for our mediation services. We are committed to helping you navigate through conflict and reach mutually beneficial agreements, without straining your financial resources. Our fees for mediation vary from case to case and are tailored to your individual situation, based on the following fee structure: -
Family Mediation Meetings
Our fees for mediation (Internet based video communication) are as follows, and generally based on a charge of £130 per person per hour: -
- MIAM (Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting) - £130 per person, based on a one hour meeting. Fee includes letter, email or phone call to one other party to invite them to a separate MIAM meeting.
- Joint Mediation Session - £195 per person for a standard 90 minute meeting (£380 in total for both parties). N.B: This fee includes for provision of an Outcome Statement (OS) after each mediation session, which summarises the main points discussed and any agreements reached.
- In person mediation meetings. We are able to offer face to face meetings at convenient locations throughout London and the southeast. In addition to the above fees, we simply charge the meeting room booking cost + 10% (Admin fee).
Family Mediation Outcome Documents
Our fees for producing written mediation outcome documents are as follows: -
- Signing court forms C100 for Child or All Issues cases, or Form A for Finance only cases - £95 per form.
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for All Issues Mediation (AIM) - £130 per person (£260 in total), based on two hours of work including amendments.
- Open financial statement (OFS) - £130 per person (£260 in total), based on two hours of work including amendments.
- Statement of Child Arrangements - £130 per person (£260 in total), based on two hours of work including amendments.
Notes : The rates above are inclusive and there is no VAT to add.
Commercial and Community Mediation Fees
Our fees for general mediation services (Internet based video communication) are as follows, and generally based on a charge of £130 per person per hour: -
- Introductory meeting on individual basis if required - £130 per person, based on a one hour meeting. Fee includes letter, email or phone call to one other party to invite them to a separate introductory meeting.
- Joint Mediation Session - £195 per person for a standard 90 minute meeting (£380 in total for both parties). N.B: This fee includes for provision of an Outcome Statement (OS) after each mediation session, which summarises the main points discussed and any agreements reached.
